Orders placed before noon PST are often shipped same day. Orders placed after noon PST will ship the following business day. Orders placed over a weekend will ship the following Monday. Please allow additional processing time for international orders, sale orders, and orders placed during promotional periods. Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped.
*Next day air: Orders must be placed before noon PST for delivery the following business day. Next Day orders placed on a Friday before noon PST will be delivered the following Monday.
*Free In-Store Pickup: Orders placed before noon Monday - Friday will be ready for pick up by the next business day at the Sanchez Street location, 493 Sanchez St. San Francisco, CA. Orders placed after noon or on weekends will be ready within 1-2 business days. A confirmation email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Please be prepared to show a valid photo ID that matches your receipt to claim your purchase. To designate an alternate pick-up person, please email email@example.com. In-store Pickup orders are subject to our regular online return policy.

International orders can be returned for refund or store credit. We are unable to offer exchanges on international orders at this time. Eligible Items must be postmarked within 10 days of initial delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges incurred on international orders. Please see above for a list of items eligible for return.
If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store policies apply. For in-store purchases we will accept exchanges or returns for store credit only within 7 days of purchase. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached. Returns shipped to our Website Returns Address are not accepted. Orders placed over the phone with our store staff are subject to the in-store return policy.
