Domestic ground for the lower 48 states is $10.00
Domestic ground to Alaska or Hawaii is $20.00

All packages are sent signature required unless requested otherwise. If the signature requirement is waived, the customer accepts responsibility for any missing and/or lost packages.
Additional shipping costs for rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking information is sent once the order has been processed and shipped. Orders placed before 2 pm PST are often shipped same day. Orders placed over a weekend will be shipped the following Monday morning.
UNIONMADE is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. Fragrance may not be shipped internationally.

We are happy to accept returns for online orders within 7 days of order delivery. The returned merchandise must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must have the original tags attached and must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. When returning shoes, the return must include the original unused shoe box in original condition or the return will be denied. We offer you the option of exchange or refund on online orders. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on magazines, books, apothecary items or undergarments.
All sales are final on sale items.
To return merchandise, email us at ORDERS@UNIONMADEGOODS.COM for return authorization.
Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. UNIONMADE does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to UNIONMADE.

If you purchase an item at any of our store locations our store polices apply. We accept exchanges or returns for store credit with original receipt within 7 days of purchase.
